A publisher can have one of the following statuses:
Active,
Inactive,
Or, suspended.
How to add a sub-user for a publisher?
For adding a sub-user for a publisher, carry out these instructions:
Go to the “Publisher” menu.
Click on the "Add Sub-User" icon under the “Action” column.
Add the necessary details.
Then click on the "Invite" button.
How to invite a new publisher?
Follow these steps to invite a new publisher:
Navigate to the “Publisher” menu.
Click on the "+" button.
Fill in the details needed.
Press "Send Invite".
The invited user will receive an invite link.
This user will follow the link and complete the onboarding steps.
The admin will receive a request under the pending requests section via the user page, where the invitation can be approved or rejected.
How to view all campaigns related to a publisher?
For viewing all campaigns in relation to a publisher:
Navigate to the “Publisher” menu.
Click on the second icon under the “Action” column.
You'll be able to see all campaigns associated with that publisher.
What is a payment term?
Payment terms specify the payment schedule for a publisher. The options include:
Weekly: Net 1, Net 3, Net 5, Net 7, and Net 10.
Monthly: Net 1, Net 5, Net 7, and Net 30.
Bi-weekly: Net 3, Net 5, and Net 7.
What types of payment methods are available for publishers?
These methods are available for publishers to receive payments:
Wire,
ACH,
Wise,
PayPal,
Or Payoneer.
What is a “Payment Threshold”?
The “Payment Threshold” is the minimum balance a publisher must reach before the pay is processed.
What is “Payment Frequency”?
“Payment Frequency” refers to how often a publisher is paid. The options include: Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly.
What’s the difference between “Weekly”, “Bi-weekly”, and “Monthly” payment Frequency?
Weekly: These payments are issued every week.
Bi-weekly: Such payments are provided every two weeks.
Monthly: These are the payments that are issued once a month.
