The following campaign statuses can be found:

  • Active: These are the campaigns that are currently running.
  • Inactive: This is a campaign set to pause but has not been deleted. Therefore, it can be set to active/resumed at any point in time.
  • Draft: It is a campaign whose credentials are not fully filled in but the creation has been initiated. In such a case, the user needs to completely fill in all the data required in that campaign to make it active.
  • Suspended: This is a campaign that is no longer in use.

To create a campaign, here are the instructions to follow:

  • Go to the “Offer” module.
  • Click on the "Create" button under the “Create Campaign” column in the “Offerings” widget.
  • Enter the campaign details, such as name, country summary, conversion guide, area details, and offering specifics. Personalize customer profiles, set marketing restrictions, and, if necessary, add campaign rules. Include publisher and destination details, manage compliance settings, and set the campaign status.

  • Your campaign will now be created and ready to manage on the platform.

Normal Conversion: This is indicative of no authentication of data or requirements stated for filtration in leads, based on advertiser’s requirements. Leads are directly sent to “Advertiser’s Destinations”.

Direct Post Conversion: In this, there is no ping sent to the customer. The whole data is directly posted to the “Advertiser’s Destinations”. Therefore, there is no acknowledgment from the receiver's side in this method. The “Filtration Criteria” already exists with the publisher and only that data is sent.

Ping Post Conversion: The ping/post method allows lead generators to ping the system with partial lead data first and get a response from the system before submitting the full information. Use the ping+post strategy to submit a ping, first to get a response from the system and, then, based on the response, post the full lead data.

Offerings Visibility: Through “Offerings Visibility”, the difference between private and public offerings can be understood. This will show whether the offer will be visible to all the Publishers connected to you or only to the one you require to. If you choose public, then your offer will be visible to all the publishers. In case you prefer private, it will be visible to only the ones you invite.

  • CPA (Cost per Acquisition): This model ensures that you are compensated only when a lead is successfully converted into a customer by the advertiser.
  • CPL (Cost per Length): In this model, you pay the publisher, based on the agreed call status and duration, according to the preferred terms.

  • “Call Timer Start” is a status that indicates when the call duration begins, determining when the publisher will be paid and the advertiser becomes liable for the payment.
  • Note that there are three possible statuses:
    • Connected: It implies that the call has been successfully answered.
    • Incoming: This indicates that the call is currently ringing.
    • Dialed: It denotes that the call has been initiated but has not yet been answered.
    • These statuses help track the progress of each call and ensure accurate billing for both publishers and advertisers.

  • “Payout” is the amount generated for you to be paid to the “Publisher” for his generated leads.
  • “Payout” is the amount generated for you to be paid to the “Publisher” for his generated leads.

The campaign represents an agreement between the publisher and broker. Here, the publisher is compensated, based on the call status and duration. Additionally, it outlines the arrangement through which the advertiser pays the broker for the services rendered.

  • The “Duplicate Timeframe” refers to the period during which a publisher will not receive payouts for duplicate leads.
  • Enable: When enabled, the publisher will receive payouts for all the duplicate calls sent, regardless of the timeframe.
  • Disable: In case this option has been selected, the publisher will not receive payouts for repeated calls made within a 12-hour window. After this period, the process will reset and the same rule will apply.
  • Time Limit: When set, the publisher will not receive payouts for redundant calls within the specified timeframe.

The “Customer Age Profile” is a feature that enables you to select a specific age range for your audience or leads. This allows you to segment the age group most relevant to your campaign or target industry. Thus, it helps you focus on leads who are more likely to convert for your product or market.

  • This feature allows brokers to clearly communicate with publishers the types of leads they want to avoid. Or, specify the channels from which they do not wish to receive leads.
  • There are three channels available:
    • Online
    • Mobile
    • Offline

  • This feature allows you to handle how the previously connected calls will be treated, with respect to the destinations.
  • Yes: The call will be routed to the previously connected destination if this option is set to "Yes."
    • Normal: Calls will be routed to all destinations, depending on priority, weighted distribution, and revenue potential.
    • To Original: Calls will be routed specifically to the previously connected destination.
    • To Different: The call will be routed to a different destination, ensuring that it will never connect to the previously connected one.
  • No: The previously connected calls won’t be routed when this option has been chosen.

“Call Attempt Frequency” is a feature that lets you determine how many destinations a call will be routed to. If you select "Yes," then you will be prompted to specify the number of routing attempts. In case you choose "No," the call will be routed to all the available destinations.
