How can I update my subscription plan?
To update your subscription plan, you can administer these steps:
Visit “Profile”.
Select “Upgrade Plan”.
Choose the plan that you would like to upgrade to.
Complete the payment for the subscription.
Now, your plan will be upgraded.
How can I manage add-ons?
To start managing add-ons, navigate to “Profile”.
Next, tap on “Upgrade Plan”.
Choose the plan as per your preference.
Select any additional add-ons for this plan.
Pay for the subscription.
Now, the add-ons will be activated.
How do I upgrade to a “Custom Plan”?
Go to “Profile” for upgrading to a custom plan.
Choose “Upgrade Plan”.
Select the “Custom Plan” option.
Schedule a meeting with Teldrip support to finalize your upgrade.
Where can I find my “Subscription Activation Date”?
These are the steps to follow to find your subscription activation date:
Open “Profile”.
View “Plan Details”.
You’ll now see the “Subscription Activation Date”.
How do I download invoices?
To start downloading an invoice, head to “Profile”.
Move to “Wallet & Billings”.
Then tap on “Invoices”.
Press the “Download Invoice” button for the invoice you need.
How do I record a manual payment?
You can record a manual payment by going to “Profile”.
View “Wallet & Billings”.
Select the option of “Record Manual Payment”.
Upload the payment proof.
Add the required details
Click on “Submit”.
How do I top up my wallet?
To top up your wallet, you can go to “Profile”.
Click on “Wallet & Billings”.
Opt for “Top Up”.
Choose your preferred method to add funds.
Now, the updated balance can be viewed in your wallet.
How can I add a card for payments?
You can add a card for payments by following these steps:
Start by viewing “Profile”.
Select “Wallet & Billings”.
Opt for “Add Card” under “Cards”.
Enter your card details on the “Add Card” screen.
Click on “Save Card”.
The card will then appear in your saved cards list.
How do I switch profiles?
To switch profiles, a simple procedure has to be followed:
Go to “Profile”.
If you have multiple profiles (like Advertiser or Publisher) linked to your email, then you’ll see them here.
Choose the profile you’d like to switch to.
You’ll now be taken directly to that profile’s dashboard.
