What types of users are available on Teldrip?
Teldrip supports three types of users:
Admin,
Advertiser,
And, publisher.
What statuses can a user have?
A user can have one of the following statuses:
Active,
Inactive,
Or, Suspended.
What do “Active”, “Inactive”, and “Suspended” statuses mean?
Active: This status indicates that a user has full access to all Teldrip services.
Inactive: It denotes that a user is temporarily paused from receiving or routing calls.
Suspended: This type shows that the user is completely paused from all Teldrip services.
