Each of the nine disposition outcomes triggers an automatic recovery action: voicemail queues an SMS callback in the campaign's retry window; objection adds the lead to the coaching queue; callback committed adds them to the SLA monitor with a deadline; no-answer re-queues in an 11-minute retry band; DNC request suppresses the lead and writes to the compliance audit trail. The pipeline forecast updates immediately.
Supervisors can listen live, whisper coaching to the rep without the prospect hearing, barge in to rescue a stalling call, pause a rep, send a lead to a specific rep, or rebalance the queue across the floor. Every action is audit-logged with a timestamp and adds the corresponding lift to the pipeline forecast.
Before each dial, the consent proof gate checks whether a valid consent record exists for the lead and campaign. If consent is missing or revoked, the lead moves to the Compliance Hold queue and the dial is blocked. Supervisors can resolve holds by uploading proof, removing a DNC conflict, or approving a manual review — all actions are audit-logged.
