Configurable PII fields (SSN, DOB, MRN, account numbers, custom regex) are auto-masked. Redaction applies to both transcript and audio.

Stereo channel separation gives 100% speaker accuracy when caller and agent are on separate carrier legs (the typical case). Mono recordings fall back to diarization with ~94% accuracy.
