PAYG is a true pay-as-you-go plan with no monthly base fee. You pay list rates only for what you use — minutes, add-ons, and features — with no minimums. Add-ons like RTB ($99/mo), Ping Post ($49/mo), and Trust & Safety ($99/mo) can be enabled at any time.
Growth makes financial sense when your PAYG usage bill reaches roughly $460/mo. For $299/mo you get 2k local minutes, 500 toll-free minutes, 400 AI summaries, 4k batch transcription minutes, a 10% platform discount, and access to commit tiers for deeper per-unit savings.
Commit tiers are optional monthly spend floors that unlock deeper per-unit discounts. Growth plans offer T1 ($500 floor, 15% off), T2 ($2k, 19%), and T3 ($5k, 24%). Enterprise plans offer E0–E5 tiers ranging from $2k/29% up to $25k/55%. The floor is billed monthly whether or not you hit it, so they're worth it only when your usage consistently exceeds the floor.
Yes — Enterprise customers running both products get a unified contract and bundled volume discounts. Self-serve plans on both products can be added to the same workspace without negotiation.
